Nicholas is an attorney at Boling Law Firm, where he represents clients and their families in toxic tort litigation. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he served as a Teaching Assistant in Legal Research and Writing.
Before joining the firm, Nicholas served as a Prosecutor at the Lake County State Attorney's Office in Illinois. In that role, he tried numerous cases to verdict in both bench and jury trials, developing particular strength in proving causation, handling expert witnesses, and presenting complex evidence to juries.
